Dancing with the stars is back for another season, and the first casting announcement for the ABC dance competition is making headlines.

Summer house Stars Ciara Miller and Maura Higgins (Traitors, Love Island) are the first two famous cast members to join Season 35. ABC announced the renewal and early castings on Wednesday during Hulu’s Get Real House 2026 preview, highlighting the streaming device and ABC’s unscripted slate.
