Playback singer Shreya Ghoshal, along with her family members Sarmista Ghoshal and Bishwajit Ghoshal, bought a premium apartment in Mumbai’s Santacruz West for Rs 20.88 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.
This is the third real estate investment for the Ghoshal family during the past three months. Earlier this month, they bagged two luxury apartments in Worli for nearly Rs 60 crore, according to registration records.The newest property is located in Vaayu Building on Sarojini Road. The apartment is located on a higher floor and extends over an area of 2,601 square feet, along with a balcony of 299 square feet, bringing the total usable area to approximately 2,900 square feet.
The deal was registered on April 24, 2026, paying a stamp duty of Rs 1.25 lakh crore. It also includes three parking spaces.“The project is a redevelopment of the erstwhile Sukhada building, and is being constructed as a modern residential project in an established suburban neighborhood of Mumbai,” said the CRE Matrix report giving details about the project.Before that, the singer invested in two apartments in the Godrej Trilogy project, which is being developed by Godrej Properties, documents revealed.
According to IGR property registration records accessed by Square Yards, one of these apartments has an area of 2,430.06 square feet (225.76 square metres) and a total area of 2,750.28 square feet (255.51 square metres), plus three parking spaces. The transaction, registered on April 1, 2026, included a stamp duty of Rs 1.78 lakh crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
