Real estate transactions involving Bollywood personalities often attract attention, especially when they involve premium properties in Mumbai’s celebrity-dominated neighbourhoods.
The latest name to join the list is actor-producer Arbaaz Khan, who has reportedly sold an apartment in Mumbai’s Andheri West area for Rs 6.5 crore.According to property registration documents obtained by CRE Matrix, the deal was officially registered on May 5, 2026. The apartment is located in Tower B of Runwal Elegante, a luxury residential project located in the Lokhandwala complex near Infiniti Mall.Documents reveal that the apartment is 1,369 square feet and includes two designated parking spaces.
The buyers are also said to have paid stamp duty amounting to Rs 39 lakh. Over the years, Andheri West has remained one of the most sought-after residential areas in Mumbai, especially among actors, filmmakers, businessmen and professionals in the entertainment industry.Interestingly, this is not the only recent real estate deal done by Arbaaz Khan. Earlier in 2026, the actor-director bought another apartment in Mumbai’s Jogeshwari area for Rs 2.78 crore, according to documents previously accessed by Zapkey.
The property is located on the 27th floor of Autograph Residency on Link Road in Jogeshwari West. Reports said that the apartment has 1,243 sq ft of RERA carpet and was purchased at a price of over Rs 22,000 per sq ft. The deal also included two parking spaces.Jogeshwari’s property transaction was registered on February 17, 2026. Registration documents reportedly showed that more than Rs 16 lakh was paid as stamp duty along with a registration fee of Rs 30 lakh.Meanwhile, the Khan family’s involvement in Mumbai’s real estate market appears to extend beyond residential deals. Earlier this year, Atul Agnihotri, son-in-law of actor Salman Khan and husband of Alvira Khan, also made headlines for entering the redevelopment work.According to property registration documents obtained by Liases Foras, Agnihotri’s firm Shivansai Homemaker Infra LLP is set to redevelop the old Palimala Cooperative Housing Society building in Bandra. The more than six-decade-old building reportedly houses 11 organs on three floors. The documents also revealed that five apartments in the society are owned by members of the Agnihotri family and their company Reel Life Production Pvt Ltd.
