People magazine recently reported that the singer and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star will no longer be heading to court, as the lawsuit was settled shortly before the trial began. According to the report, it is expected that most of the financial details related to the settlement will remain confidential and will not be made public.A preliminary meeting was held on May 21, during which Judge An Hwang, who is overseeing the case, was informed that the two parties had officially reached an agreement.

Jane and the plaintiff have reportedly been given until May 26 to file a notice of settlement and motion to dismiss. The report further stated that all pending hearings and motions have now been canceled under the settlement agreement.A statement from the plaintiff’s legal representative was also shared, which read: “Based on multiple conversations with counsel, we have agreed to settle. We ask the court to allow us to decide without prejudice.”

What was Erika Jayne’s lawsuit?

Erika Jayne is named in the lawsuit filed in 2021.
