After investing in a property in Ayodhya, Ranbir Kapoor has expanded his real estate portfolio by purchasing nearly 25 acres of land in Pune’s Mulshi taluka for Rs 16.42 crore, according to a property registry.The deal, registered on April 30, 2026, includes four contiguous plots of land located in Pimpri village. The largest plot of land measuring 43,800 sq m was purchased for Rs 7.07 crore. Another plot of land measuring 29,900 square meters was purchased for Rs 4.62 crore, while a plot of land measuring 21,400 square meters was purchased for Rs 3.31 crore. The fourth and smaller plot, measuring 8,900 square metres, was acquired for Rs 1.39 lakh crore, according to documents accessed by CRE Matrix.
The four plots together cover 1,04,000 square metres, or approximately 25.7 acres, taking the total deal value to Rs 16.42 crore. Property registration documents show that the purchase attracted a stamp duty of Rs 82.13 lakh.This is not the only recent land purchase made by Kapoor. In May 2026, The House of Abhinandan Lodha announced that the actor had acquired a plot of land in its project ‘The Sarayu’, in a deal estimated to be worth around Rs 3.31 crore.
The 2,134-square-foot plot of land is part of a 75-acre development located on the banks of the Sarayu River. According to the company, the project will feature a clubhouse, more than 35 amenities and a five-acre all-vegan luxury hotel managed by The Leela.
