'Raja Shivaji' box office collection on 11th day: Riteish Deshmukh starrer sees decline after high weekend, grosses less than Rs 2.50 crore

The historical drama ‘Raja Shivaji’, based on the life of Maratha warrior Chattarpati Shivaji, has successfully entered its second week. The film, starring Riteish Deshmukh in the titular role, opened with impressive numbers and continued to keep the cash register ringing in the following days.

The weekday decline was also offset by weekend numbers.

However, after the second spike over the weekend, profits saw a decline again. On its 11th day, the film registered its lowest yet, adding a net Rs 2.40 crore to the tally. For more details, scroll down.

‘Raja Shivaji’ collection hits box office on 11th day

The film was released in two languages, Hindi and Marathi, according to Sakneelak. The film collected Rs 2.40 crore on the 11th day across 3,775 shows. This includes a collection of Rs 0.50 crore from the Hindi version, while in Marathi, the film has grossed Rs 1.90 crore.

This represents a clear decline of 64.7 per cent from Sunday’s net collection of Rs 6.80 lakh crore.With this, the gross Indian collection of ‘Raja Shivaji’ has been taken to Rs 83.80 crore, while the net Indian collection stands at Rs 70.65 crore.
