Ram Charan’s upcoming film ‘Peddi’ is one of the most awaited films and features music composed by Oscar winner AR Rahman. Recently, director Buchi Babu Sanna revealed that he rejected three tunes composed by the legendary music director.Since the film is scheduled to release on June 4 and the trailer is scheduled to go out tomorrow, the makers have started promoting the film. During a conversation with Telugu360, Buchi Babu Sana shared an interesting moment that happened while working on the music for the film.

Buchi Babu Sana spoke candidly about his music discussions with AR Rahman. He said: “We went to Syed Rahman’s house in Dubai to listen to the tunes. He asked to go downstairs and listen and then come back upstairs.
He asked me how each tune was and I said they were all bad and unimpressive. So he said “Okay”. We will do more then. He even said that he was afraid of me listening to the songs (laughing).”The makers released two songs from the film, including ‘Chikiri Chikiri’ and ‘Rai Rai Raa Raa’ which were well received by fans. One is an emotional song while the other is an energetic number.
Buchi Babu Sana explains that he had earlier narrated the role of Jhanvi to Khushi
Many Ram Charan fans are now praising Buchi Babu Sana for being clear about what he wanted from the film. In another interview with news outlet M9, the director shared that he first offered the role of Janhvi Kapoor’s character Achiyyamma to her younger sister Khushi Kapoor. However, he thought she was too young for the role. “I initially narrated the film to Khushi Kapoor.
But once I saw her in person, I realized she was too young for this character. Now, imagine when I have to reject Khushi and give the novel to Jhanvi in the same house. “I felt bad and asked Jhanvi if Khushi wasn’t feeling insulted,” he said.
