The hype around ‘Dhurandhar 2’ continues to grow, with praises pouring in not only from audiences but also from members of the film industry. Although it has now crossed the Rs 1,000 crore nett mark in India, it is still praised by audiences across the world and many celebrities.
Recently, Paresh Rawal praised the film and revealed what impressed him about Aditya Dhar’s direction. Talking about the film, Rawal said in an interview with Jagran, “I am a huge fan of Dhurandhar. I absolutely loved the film. I still haven’t gotten over it. I have already watched the first Dhurandhar twice and watched Dhurandhar 2 twice as well. I feel like going and watching it again.”He also added, “The first part was entertaining, but the second part ‘Dhurandhar’ is packed with a lot of details that the viewers will thoroughly enjoy.

Only when you watch the movie will you understand what each reference refers to.Talking about R Madhavan’s character, Ajay Sanyal, Rawal said, “When I saw that Madhavan’s character was inspired by Ajit Doval ji, I felt very happy. He is a good actor, and Ajit Doval ji is a true hero of our country. The work he has done is amazing, and when films are made that keep such characters at the centre, it feels good.”
Interestingly, Rawal himself played a similar role in the movie ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’. He also revealed that he was keen to be a part of ‘Dhurandhar’ and even approached director Aditya Dhar about it. On a light-hearted note, he joked that he wants to play Ajay Sanyal’s twin brother.On the work front, Rawal will next be seen in Bhooth Bangla alongside him
