Details of the story are still being kept under wraps, but Richards has been widely known as the highest-paid male model for some time. Gaining fame in the late 1980s, Richards was a contemporary of supermodels such as Cindy Crawford and Naomi Campbell and became the face of campaigns for Gianni Versace, Valentino and Ralph Lauren while being photographed by the likes of Richard Avedon and Bruce Weber.
Recently, Richards has been making headlines in HBO’s new docuseries Bring me beautyabout his time spent trapped in a cult led by Friedrich von Merers, who helped Richards break into fashion but also claimed that he was an alien consciousness in human form. Richards gave millions of dollars to the cult, Eternal Values, while living a double life as a world-traveling model and obedient cult member, as reported in a recent story in Hollywood Reporter.
Galitzine is currently in theaters with Masters of the universe and Sheep investigationsBoth for Amazon MGM.
