Minnie Mathur, Kabir Khan's daughter graduates, Sarah, proud mother writes emotional note: 'It's her time to fly and shine'

It’s a proud moment for Minnie Mathur and director Kabir Khan, as their daughter Saira recently completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme, receiving her degree after two years of hard work and academic commitment.Minnie and Kabir attended the graduation ceremony alongside their son, Vivian, and proudly celebrated Saira’s achievement as it marked the end of one chapter and the beginning of another.Minnie shared a video on Instagram and wrote: “Another achievement. Schools are out. My second daughter @sairahkabir received her IB diploma today after two years of hard, committed work. I couldn’t be more proud of this brave, quirky, empathetic, beautiful girl who puts relationships over victories, and compassion over righteousness.”

I know she’s trying to play into “my version” of success but I know she’ll find her own milestones of accomplishment.

I’m officially done with the alpha mom game.. It’s time for her to fly and shine, while I dive in and focus on what I’ve been waiting for all these years!!” She added, “Baba and I love you for 1000 years, Sairu ♥ PS: My deep gratitude to the teachers at Oberoi International who believed in her, guided her, and allowed her to find her strengths with patience.

Teachers are an underappreciated breed, but they are creating generations of the new world.”Minnie was also in the news recently for her response to actor Kirti Kulhari’s comments on maid charges. In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Kirti spoke about her recent move to Mumbai’s Jari Road area and how she found the Rs 10,000 that chefs and maids charge to be very high. “I was discussing this with my manager as well,” she said. “I recently moved to a new house in Jari Road, and the prices the cook and maid quoted us – I was saying, ‘How do these prices make sense?’ I don’t know, like two hours of work – which includes sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes – I wanted everything that could be done during those two hours, like dusting, laundry, and other household chores, to be taken care of.

She was charging me Rs 10,000. I was like, tum do ghante aa rahi ho aur tum apne hisaab se jitna kaam hota hai kar rahi ho… Then you are charging me Rs 10,000 for what?”In response, Minnie wrote in the comments: “Think how much we managed to gain in 2 hours. This is below

Minimum wage

“Nowhere else in the world.”
