Future romantic entertainer ‘Love Insurance Kompany’ continued its theatrical run with modest numbers on day 15. The Pradeep Ranganathan starrer collected Rs 44 lakh in Tamil Nadu on Friday. The sci-fi romantic comedy received a mixed response from audiences even as it completed its two-week run in theaters.
‘LIK’ 15th day box office update
As reported by Sacnilk, the film added Rs 44 lakh to the Tamil network’s collections on its 15th day. This number shows a slight decrease compared to the previous day.The Tamil version saw steady numbers during the week. I earned Rs 55,000 on Day 11, Rs 57,000 on Day 12, and Rs 60,000 on Day 13.Collections fell to Rs 48 lakh on Day 14 before hitting Rs 44 lakh on Day 15.The Telugu dubbed version debuted later and posted lower numbers.
It collected Rs 9 lakh on Day 13 and improved slightly to Rs 11 lakh on Day 14. However, Day 15 saw a sharp decline to just Rs 1 lakh.
Audience reactions are mixed to “Like”
Reviews for “Love Insurance Company” remain divided. One online review says: “Good story, average execution”, you first have to appreciate Vignesh Shivan’s effort for such a plot, even if the performance is not as good as we think,

For me it was not good at all, Pradeep was ok but SJ Suriya was my favorite performer, Anirudh also carried the film with his music, other than that, the film was really average, but it was not a failure, not an unwatchable film.
Nice comedy in the second half to make up for the mediocre first half with very nice interludes. His chemistry with SJ Suryah’s evil CEO is the highlight of the film, with their confrontation scenes providing the only real spark of excitement. Krithi Shetty looks beautiful on screen, but her character often seems like a flat model for social media addicts rather than a real person we should care about.

The film takes place in the year 2040 where love happens through a dating app called LIK. Pradeep Ranganathan plays a man who believes in natural love and challenges the system after falling in love with a woman who trusts the app. SJ Suryah and Krithi Shetty play lead roles while Yogi Babu, Seeman and others appear in supporting parts.
