Hands up you little monsters, it looks like Lady Gaga isn’t done dealing with this yet Chaos era until now.

The Grammy Award-winning singer has teamed up with Apple Music for a special recorded live performance, Apple Music Live: Lady Gaga’s Mayhem Requiem. The show — which was filmed live last January at the Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles’ Koreatown neighborhood — will premiere on the music streaming platform and in 15 AMC theaters across the U.S. on May 14 at 8 p.m. PT.

Apple Music will allow non-subscribers to watch Chaos Requiem Streaming live at the time of the premiere. The full performance and live album, produced using Apple’s spatial audio technology, can be streamed on-demand on the platform for subscribers.

Chaos Requiem It comes on the heels of Gaga’s Mayhem Ball stage tour. The tour, executive produced by Gaga and fiancé Michael Polansky, was a five-act opera filled with stunning performances of the singer’s current and past hits. She premiered the show during the headlining set of the 2025 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

The new interpretation, according to the statement, is a celebration of the album, which marked the singer’s return to her folk roots. “The ghost of her gothic opera, she spends most intimate evenings at The Wiltern in Los Angeles playing piano or synths, leading reimagined arrangements of ‘Abracadabra’, ‘Disease’ and the rest of her setlist among the splintered columns and sparse ruins of the Mayhem Ball,” the statement reads.

Chaos Requiem It will be shown in 15 AMC theaters across the country including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Minneapolis, Nashville, New York City, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa and Washington, D.C. Fans can register through Apple.

Gaga is clearly a fan of showcasing re-imagined versions of her tracks. The “Die with a Smile” singer performed a rock song Chaos“Abracadabra” was the lead single for the 2026 Grammy Awards. In an unexpected twist, she chose not to include a full cast of dancers like the song’s music video. Instead, Gaga, mostly hidden behind an elaborate eye-like hat, belted out the pop song with a new arrangement.

At the February ceremony, Gaga added two more Grammy Awards to her collection, bringing her total to 16 wins. She entered music’s biggest night with seven nominations, the second-most nominated artist for the 2026 Grammy Awards behind Kendrick Lamar.
