Jessica Belkin is the newest cast member Baywatch Reboot.

Coming deer The actress has joined the cast of the Fox and Freemantle show in the series regular role of Charlie Vale, the biological daughter of Baywatch Captain Hobie Buchannon, son of Mitch Buchannon (portrayed by David Hasselhoff in the original series).

Charlie’s official character description reads: “Raised in Texas, Charlie is the biological daughter of Baywatch Captain Hopey Buchannon – the child he never knew. She leaves her complicated home life in Galveston and shows up on her father’s doorstep with one goal in mind: earn her place as a lifeguard at Baywatch. Brave, passionate, and at times reckless, Charlie has all the makings of the Buchannon legend. She has a lot to learn, yet the father she’s never met may be her mentor. Always in demand.”

Belkin will star in the upcoming film Legally blonde Prequel series deerShe recently appeared in an episode of the series Hunting wivesSeason 1 as young Margot (Malin Akerman’s leading role). She will also next appear in the Cameron Diaz-led Jake Szymanski film Bad day.

Stephen Amell was the first star announced Baywatch Reboot as Hobie Buchannon. David Chokachi will also reprise his role as Cody Madison after previously hailing from seasons six through nine of the original series.

the Baywatch The reboot will include 12 episodes, debuting in the 2026-2027 season from Fox Entertainment and Fremantle, which own the rights to the original show. Production is scheduled to begin this spring on Los Angeles’ iconic Venice Beach, as well as Century City’s historic FOX Studio Lot.

Hollywood Reporter It recently went behind an open casting call for the series in Marina del Rey, where more than 2,000 candidates showed up for a chance at a place in the series, after more than 14,000 applicants submitted photos and resumes.
