Jayda Cheaves has signed with WME to represent.

The move comes on the heels of the fashion powerhouse and social media star announcing in January 2026 that she had signed with then-named Wasserman before the talent and management company was renamed The Team amid a formal sales process.

Now, after parting ways with the talent agency founded by Casey Wasserman, WME’s mission will be to turn Cheaves’ viral fame as a content creator and entrepreneur into new business ventures after she’s already become the CEO and face of brands like Waydamin, Jayda Cheaves Beauty, Fidele Clothing and Girl Wipes.

WME, which like other Hollywood talent agencies is looking to sign new entertainment and storytelling talent to move forward in the fast-growing creator economy, will look to leverage Cheaves’ social media platform presence to expand its consumer footprint. This includes 8.4 million followers on Instagram, another 4.7 million followers on TikTok and more than 400,000 followers on YouTube.

By the age of 16, Chevis was already impressed with his entrepreneurial and branding skills in business ventures such as hair and merchandise sales and reselling curated fashions. Targeting digital communities, Cheaves has worked with fashion brands such as Savage x Fenty, Pretty Little Thing, and True Religion.

She hosts her own podcast, Act normallyand starred in the BET+ reality series Impact: ATL And he appeared in Try for love And the Amazon Prime documentary My time is now.
