Earlier this week, we reported the surprising news that Dak Prescott and Sarah Jane Ramos had called off their wedding.
The decision was clearly surprising, coming just a month before the Dallas Cowboys QB and certified wine and beverage expert were set to exchange vows at Lake Como, Italy.
Now, we have new information about what may have led to the split.

Initially, it was widely rumored that Duck and Sarah had called it quits due to a pre-nuptial disagreement.
But Sarah took to social media to insist that’s not the case:
“This had nothing to do with the prenup. I hope we can put an end to these rumors now,” she wrote on Instagram.
She also posted photos of the bachelorette party she and Duck threw for themselves.
“I truly believe you can get through anything in life as long as you have really great friends. I love these girls so much,” she captioned the photos.
Yes, this breakup was so sudden that it happened after a bachelorette party.

So what happened? Well, according to Page Six, Ramos has had enough of Prescott’s betrayal, and has issued him an ultimatum.
The site states that Ramos was “aware of Prescott’s alleged history of hooking up with other women during their nearly three-year relationship,” but she “stayed with him for the sake of their family.”
Unfortunately, the situation seemed to come to a head when Duck and Sarah were preparing to tie the knot.
A source told the outlet that Prescott had been “using incognito social media profiles to send inappropriate messages to multiple women and former partners.”
Ramos reportedly confronted Dack about the messages, and when she didn’t like his response, she called off the whole thing.

Earlier this week, the couple sent an email to all 250 guests who planned to attend their April 10 wedding:
“It is with heavy hearts that we privately inform those in attendance that we have made the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding,” the email obtained by TMZ read.
“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and welcome your prayers.”
The letter was signed “Sarah Jane Ramos and Duck Prescott.”
Prescott and Ramos began dating in May 2023.
They welcomed their first daughter, Margaret, in February 2024, and were engaged eight months later. They welcomed their second daughter, Aurora, in May 2025.
We will have further updates on this developing story as new information becomes available.
