Actor and former radio jockey Mahvash is next set to appear in the web series ‘Satrangi: Badle Ka Khel’. Featuring Anshuman Pushkar and Kumud Mishra alongside her, the show will premiere on OTT on May 22, 2026. In an interview, Mahvash spoke about her upcoming work, family and mental health, and also addressed the rumors about her alleged relationship with cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal, including how she stood by him.
Mahvash reacts to the social media buzz with Yuzvendra Chahal
In a conversation with Pinkvilla, RJ Mahvash addressed the hype surrounding her and the cricketer following and unfollowing each other on social media. She dismissed the speculation, saying, “People are used to making a fuss over small things. It’s not a big deal when you go through it. It’s like two friends had a fight and they followed each other. And it ends there. In fact, when you feel comfortable talking nonsense with friends, you shouldn’t hold any grudge against them.”
So I always wish him all the best and my best wishes will always be with him. There’s no such big deal about it.”Asked whether there was anything more than friendship, Mahvash clarified, “No, that was never the case. I was a great friend to him. At that time, (during Chahal’s breakup phase) he needed a good friend. So we were all just focusing on him to get his IPL season done. I stood with him as a support system. And from now on too, we will always meet the way we met earlier. I will stand by him fearlessly.”
