Another entertainment company is moving to West Hollywood.

Hasbro plans to move 100 employees working across film, television, gaming, licensing, gaming and its artificial intelligence studio to The Lot at Formosa in the first quarter of next year. The company signed a long-term lease for 31,435 square feet on the third floor and part of the fourth floor in the Formosa West office building.

The company will vacate its lease on Empire Ave in Burbank, where it occupied 80,000 square feet of office space that housed its consumer products and entertainment segments, according to a regulatory filing.

Hasbro will join Miramax, Live Nation and People Inc. and Kevin Hart’s Hartbeat label at The Lot, an 11-acre campus owned by CIM Group that also promotes seven audio platforms.

“This move represents a new chapter for Hasbro, bringing our teams to the heart of West Hollywood and closer to the partners we collaborate with every day,” said Kim Boyd, President of Global Licensing and Entertainment at Hasbro.

Hasbro’s Hollywood projects in the works include A.J Monopoly Developed by Margot Robbie’s LuckyChap banner at Lionsgate, the adaptation is new GI Joe An adaptation is set at Paramount as well as a Netflix competition series adapted from the board game an idea.

The last two big screen features were produced by Paramount Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves (which grossed $205 million worldwide) and Transformers: Rise of the Monsters ($441 million) in 2023.
