Harry Styles is implementing changes to the stage set for his Together, Together Tour after attendees expressed frustration over a poor viewing experience.
The “Aperture” singer kicked off his latest tour on Saturday, May 16, in Amsterdam, playing a second show in the same city on Sunday, May 17. Fans who attended the concerts took to social media to share their frustrations, specifically those who bought pit tickets and were left with obstructed views.
“We have heard concerns from some fans about view obstructions on the floor,” Harry Styles HQ wrote on Styles’ official Instagram page for Wednesday’s official Instagram update. “We want everyone in the room to have the best experience possible, and we are actively making adjustments to improve visibility, while keeping everyone’s safety a priority.”
The statement continued: “Starting Friday, the front bridges in Amsterdam and London will be replaced. For future venues, we are working as quickly as possible to make adjustments that also fit local safety and compliance rules. In the meantime, temporary adjustments have been made to the barriers on the front left and right GA slots for tonight’s show to improve stage visibility.”
After tickets for the Grammy winner’s final tour went on sale in late January, fans also criticized the show’s high ticket prices. The demand for seats likely came because this is Styles’ first time on the road since the Love on Tour ended in 2023.
For his “Together, Together” tour, Styles only plays at one venue in the US (Madison Square Garden) and at two venues in Europe, which has also led to criticism from fans who have to make travel plans to attend his shows.
At the end of the statement released by Styles’ team, they thanked fans “for your patience, understanding and being a part of Together, Together. We love dancing with all our friends.”
