'Governor' box office collection day 1: Manoj Bajpayee film earns Rs 90 lakh amid stiff competition from multiple releases

Manoj Bajpayee’s ‘The Ruler: The Silent Savior’ hits the theaters on June 12, 2026. The film, directed by Chinmayi Mandelkar, has arrived in theaters with a buzz at the box office. The film opened to mixed audience reviews.

“The Ruler: The Silent Savior” Box office collection First day

Although many films were released on the same day, Manoj Bajpayee’s film managed to earn a decent amount at the box office. According to a Sacnilk report, the film has collected Rs 0.9 crore (Rs 90 lakh) across 1,427 shows on the first day. The total India net collection is Rs 0.9 lakh crore, while the India gross collection stands at Rs 1.08 lakh crore.

According to the same report, the film achieved an overall occupancy rate of 18.28% on the first day.
