Fox will have a very traditional rollout for its fall schedule this year.
The network has set premiere dates to kick off the 2026-27 TV season, and aside from two nights of live sports, all will come the week of Sept. 21 — the first week of the season measured by Nielsen.
As has been the case for the past few seasons, Fox’s fall slate is full of unscripted and sports programming. Exceptions are on Tuesday nights, when… The best medicine and document It will premiere on September 22 and on Sundays as the 38th (!) season of The Simpsons He leads a comedy group starting September 27th.
We say “comedy” instead of “animation” because Sunday’s lineup will feature live comedy for the first time in eight years. Animal control will follow The Simpsons 8:30 pm with animation shows Universal basic men and Grimsburg Fill up at 9am.
Unscripted listings for Fox on Monday (Celebrity name this tune and Celebrities are the weakest link), Wednesday (The word and 99 to win(and Thursday)Hell’s Kitchen and special forces) unchanged from last fall.
Fox will keep its two new drama series Baywatch and Detectiveand a new reality series called Marriage market Later in the season. Return offers American Dad!, Bob’s Burgers, Family Guy, Crappopolis, Memories of a Murderer and Murder in a small townalong with a host of unscripted series, are also set to premiere in 2027.
