According to a report by Star News Korea, the Japanese woman, who was charged for her actions last year in November, has filed a formal objection ahead of the court dates. She raised objections to the trial dates through her legal counsel.According to the previous plan, the 9th Criminal Division of the Seoul East District Court was planning to hold two trial dates for the woman’s indictment in July this year, after she was charged in November last year.
Now, there may be some changes after the woman submits a formal notice of objection and reservation of rights. There have been no updates on whether or not there will be any changes in the official dates yet.
More about the incident that happened with Jane in 2024
The incident occurred on June 13, 2024, at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Songpa District, Seoul. BTS’s eldest member, Jin, was holding a “Free Hugs” event, which was attended by 100 selected fans.
