It’s almost time to head to Briar University for their senior season Off campusand Hollywood Reporter He has an exclusive look at a scene from the show.
Based on Elle Kennedy’s books of the same name, the romantic series follows a college hockey team and the women in their lives. The show, which is set to debut on Prime Video tomorrow, tackles typical college issues, along with some heavier topics, and its first season will focus on Ella Bright’s Hannah Wells and Belmont Cameli’s Garrett Graham.
Bright Hannah is a music student, so it’s no surprise that music plays a big role in the series. In the exclusive clip below, Hannah teams up with Justin (played by Josh Huston), a fellow musician and singer of the show’s fictional band After Hours. Hannah enters the school’s pop show and she recruits Justin to help write the lyrics to a tune she composed.
The song “Yellow Haze” will be featured on the official version Off campus The soundtrack, will also be released tomorrow (May 13) from Island Records. The 16-song album features a mix of original music from Asha Banks, The Two Lips and more, as well as music from Remi Wolf and After Hours, the fictional band. The Two Lips’ song “In Every Lifetime” was featured in the series’ trailer and was premiered at a live show in Los Angeles last month with cast members.

Season 1 dives into the age-old romantic trope of the fake-dating with music student Hannah Wells, who, in true hockey fashion, is often called Wellsy because of her love interest, Garrett Graham. Graham is the son of a professional hockey legend and captain of the Brier University hockey team.
Bright said THR In the series premiere, one of the show’s many musical moments was a scene that she was most excited for the audience to see. “There’s a really fun musical element in the first episode, which I had the honor of performing in. The song I was performing was the demo song for the whole audition process,” the 19-year-old actress explained. “It ended up being at the top [two] On Spotify Wrapped.
Other series regulars include Mika Abdullah (Snack Shack), Antonio Cipriano (Pretty Little Liars: The Original Sin), Jalen Thomas Brooks (the house), Houston (Dune: Prophecy(and Steven Kalin)Fifth Gen). Fans of the book series will be excited to see the entire Briar U group together throughout the series. Among some of these series regulars are major characters from other Kennedy novels Off campus series. It has not yet been announced which book will be adapted for Season 2, which was already announced long before the series debuted.
Luisa Levy serves as co-director and executive producer alongside Gina Fattore. Wick Godfrey, Marty Bowen and James Seidman are executive producers of Temple Hill. Leanna Billings of Billings Productions and Neil Flaherty also serve as executive producers on the series.
Prime Video will drop all episodes of the first season of the series Off campus On May 13th.
