After its historic success at the Indian box office, Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge is now gearing up for its digital premiere.Ahead of the big reveal by the streaming giants, fans of Ranveer Singh, directed by Aditya Dhar, took to social media to share screenshots of the film’s title card that was allegedly listed on OTT sites.
According to the post that has gone viral on social media, the film will reportedly be available for streaming on May 15, after completing an 8-week theatrical run.

According to the title card, the film will debut under the expanded title ‘Dhurandhar The Revenge (Raw and Undekha)’. The broadcast will reportedly begin from May 15 at 12:00 AM. The digital edition is set to broadcast in HD and 4K formats with Dolby 5.1 audio support.
The reported runtime of the OTT cut is 3 hours, 52 minutes and 24 seconds, suggesting the possibility of additional footage or an uncensored extended version being shown in Indian cinemas.
Although the official announcement is still awaited, the film is set to release in India, on JioHotstar, while international audiences will be able to watch it on Netflix from the same date.

The announcement comes after the film completed its 50-day run in cinemas and officially recorded 7 weeks at the box office.
Directed by Dhar, Dhurandhar 2 broke several records during its theatrical run and grossed over Rs 1,140 crore in net revenues in India, while grossing over Rs 1,791 crore worldwide.

The announcement also comes at a time when the makers have teased that director Dhar “is not finished with Dhurandhar” yet and that fans can expect an update on the franchise later this year.Released in two parts, ‘Dhurandhar’ has become the most successful Hindi film series of all time. The films have crossed the Rs 3,100 crore mark in worldwide collections since just two films were released.
