The film stars Ranveer Singh, who is currently on a high-stakes chase to take down the Rs. Rs 1,788.06 crore is a world record held by Baahubali 2: The Conclusion directed by SS Rajamouli and starring Prabhas for nearly a decade. With the global gap narrowing to just over Rs. 4 crores, the industry is watching closely as the sequel seeks to consolidate its position as the second highest grossing Indian film of all time globally, after Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’.
