Who would order the whole table without asking anyone?
So our initial scenario had all the characters at one dinner table. The question was: “Who’s going to order the whole table without asking anyone?” In response, Imtiaz Ali said, “I think Geet (from ‘Jab We Met’) will actually order. Also, Tara (from ‘Tamasha’) will actually help her. Geet will issue a bad order. (10:09) And Tara will actually help her sort it out, get everything for everyone.”
“But there will be some people who will still be unhappy about it,” he added.

Who would change seats midway through dinner?
Next, we asked him which of his characters wouldn’t sit in his seat and turn midway. “I think everyone can do it. Especially Jett, Jordan (of Rockstar). I think only a few people will commit to this,” the ‘Tamasha’ director said.

Who wants to secretly leave after 20 minutes?
When asked who wanted to leave after 20 minutes in secrecy, the director answered in a jiffy: “Jordan.” Then he added: “But it won’t be a secret. He’ll just leave.” The director of the Rockstar film has agreed that Jordan, the character played by Ranbir Kapoor, will not ask or tell anyone and will leave in plain sight.

Who would feel lonely even though they are surrounded by everyone?
Even though they are at a party, surrounded by people, there are a few people who still feel lonely. When Imtiaz Ali was asked which of his characters would have felt this way, he said: “Well, if Vera hadn’t gone through the kidnapping experience, she would have.”
For the unversed, Veera, the young girl played by Alia Bhatt in Highway, is a masterclass in acting.

Who will pick up the bill and who will forget their wallet?
Well, when it came to receiving the bill, the unanimous response was ‘Aditya (from Jab We Met)’. The director added that he is the richest of all, as he is.
In the second half of the answer, he said: “Jay will definitely forget his wallet.” Jai, as in Jai Vardhan Singh, played by Saif Ali Khan in Love Aaj Kal.

If you were stuck at Delhi airport for 8 hours, which of your characters would you choose as your companion?
Imtiaz Ali had the most detailed response to this. He said, “I think it’s good to have someone like Jordan. You know why? Because you’re stuck for hours. Then he’ll create drama. And he’ll keep life interesting. Because there’s Tara, and there’s other people who are more put-together, but Jordan would be funnier in public.”

If all the characters joined a dating app today, who would have the most matches, and who would delete the app after two hours?
“I think all the girls will get all the matches because they are more attractive as people. I’m sure Tara will get a lot of matches and Heer will get a lot of matches.” On the topic of who will delete the app in two hours, Imtiaz Ali said: “Vera, as you will say, this doesn’t make sense. I want some real experience.”
