Kim Taehyung, better known as V of BTS, is set to return to acting after his long-awaited return to the stage with his album “ARIRANG.” On Wednesday, a poster was posted online showing the star in school uniform, sitting on a front row seat next to her classmate.
The short film will reportedly be titled “That Night, Our Decaf.”

A teaser for the short film was also revealed online. Unlike the poster, the clip showed Taehyung ordering coffee late at night at a café. While he is waiting for his order, a woman comes from behind him and gives the same order. He then stares at her in disbelief. He accompanied the post with a comment saying: “That night, our story began.”

The short film is part of Taehyung’s ongoing collaboration with Compose Coffee, following his appointment as a brand ambassador in 2024.
About the short film
According to reports, “That Night, Our Decaf” will explore the story of two students whose lives become intertwined after an unexpected late-night encounter over a cup of decaf. The narrative is expected to delve into themes of secrecy, emotional tension, and unspoken feelings as their connection develops.
BTS is preparing for the ARIRANG tour
Before taking to the stage with the release of “ARIRANG,” V was seen filming parts of the short film in a public school, creating buzz about his next project.
At the time, fans wondered if the star was filming a music video reminiscing about his school days or if he was working on a secret film project. BTS released the song “ARIRANG” last month, and the album has been a record-breaking hit ever since. Ahead of their world tour, RM, Jin, Jimin, V, Suga, Jung Kook, and J-hope indulged ARMY with adorable music videos, choreography clips, and appearances on several US chat shows to promote their new album.
