Brad Pitt did not call his daughter Zahra to graduate: “Nothing prevented him from attending her”

Drama continues to brew in the Jolie-Pitt family, and there’s no intention of cooling down. Zahara, the daughter of former couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, recently made headlines after she dropped the actress title from her name during her graduation show.

While the 50-year-old actress attended the event with her children, Brad Pitt did not attend.

Did Brad Pitt call Zahraa Jolie for graduation?

The estrangement between the “Fight Club” actor and his children was always trembling along the Hollywood scenes. According to TMZ, Pitt did not call or visit his daughter, Zahraa, to celebrate her achievement. “Nothing stopped him from coming to her. Or visiting her. Today was about everything she accomplished.

“Not whether he was willing to attend,” the outlet reported, adding that Jolie and Zahara’s siblings have always been there for her throughout the four-year special.

Moreover, Brad Pitt did not contact anyone to obtain tickets to his graduation ceremony, which took place over the weekend.

Zahara Jolie dropped the word “house” from her official name

Zahra recently received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Spelman College on May 17, 2026. Although she is listed as “Zahra Marley Jolie-Pitt” in her graduation program on the college’s official website page, she has dropped the “Pitt” part of her name.

Previously, when she joined her college’s Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority, she introduced herself as Zahara Marley Jolie in 2023.

It’s all about siblings who don’t use the house

Interestingly, Zahraa is not the only Jolie-Pitt sister to have dropped her father’s surname from her official name. Shiloh has petitioned to legally change her name, while Vivienne addressed her name as “Vivien Jolie” when she starred in the musical adaptation of “The Outsiders.” Meanwhile, Maddox Jolie has publicly removed Pitt from his name, while receiving credits for working as an assistant director on his mother’s film “Couture.”
