Dubbing is one of the last major steps before the film is locked for release and his smooth completion indicates that the team is on schedule. Insiders say that the actor is fully engaged in perfecting his performance at this stage. Dubbed in several South Indian languages like Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam, the film is aimed at a wider audience across the country.
Verification reports create confusion
Recent reports of the film receiving a U/A 16+ certificate have created a buzz online. However, as India Today reports, the certificate currently appearing in the official records is for the televised version of the first film, not the theatrical cut of the sequel. The second batch has not yet submitted the certificate. Earlier, the original film underwent edits in the wake of objections to some dialogues, leading to a slightly shorter runtime for telecast.
Its rating has also been revised to comply with TV guidelines, which will soon allow it to be broadcast on satellite channels.
