ETimes review praises the details in the action drama
“Explosion” features many collective elements throughout the narrative. The film includes multiple intro sequences, recurring action scenes, three main villains, and a family of karate fighters played by Arjun, Abirami and Preeti Mukhundhan.ETimes gave the film 4 stars out of 5 and our review said: “Besides the action choreography, the details of the film also extend to the production design and character acting.
The introduction of almost every character begins in their home preparing and serving food. While the main family introduction begins with a dosa egg and petty fights over who gets the first bite, with the kitchen neatly aligned, another man appears as he fights with his wife over less salt in the food, as the kitchen is very small and cluttered.
While one of the villains was filmed cooking pasta for himself in a large kitchen that only contained a stove.
In a later sequence, you will also learn how the villain has been alone for years, and always likes to do things by himself. When we talk about details, nuances like these make the characters feel alive, even among the Tamil actor’s fandom.Disclaimer: Box office numbers and data in this article are compiled from public and industry sources.
