They will have an intimate wedding ceremony at his home in Bandra through a registered marriage in the presence of his family and friends. Amer has been married twice before. He married Reena Dutta on April 18, 1986, and they had two children, Junaid Khan and Ira Khan. After 16 years of marriage, they separated in December 2002. Aamir later married director Kiran Rao on December 28, 2005. They welcomed their son, Azad Rao Khan, through surrogacy in 2011.
