In light of the website downtime, HPBOSE has provided an alternative digital route through DigiLocker. Students can access their provisional marksheets by logging in using their Aadhaar linked credentials.

Students can check their results by texting HP10 followed by their registration number to 56263. Within minutes, they receive a message containing marks by subject as well as their final qualifying status – pass, fail or section.

School support to check the result

In cases where internet and SMS services are not accessible, students are advised to contact their schools. Institutions are provided with access to standardized results data and can help candidates check their results.

The site is expected to stabilize soon

Officials indicated that the technical glitch is due to extremely high simultaneous traffic and is expected to gradually decline. Students are advised to avoid frequent update attempts and try to access the portal after some time once the server load decreases.
