BBMB Hindi Translator Recruitment Deadline 2026 Today for Chandigarh Jobs

The Board of Directors of Bhakra Beas has issued a recruitment notification for the posts of Hindi Translator under Advertisement No. 01/2026, with the application window closing today.

The jobs are based in Chandigarh and are offered on a temporary basis under 7th CPC Level 6 pay scale.The online application process will start from 09 March 2026, and end on 19 April 2026. Candidates are expected to meet certain eligibility criteria defined in terms of educational qualifications and professional experience before submitting the application form.Details about the vacant position and eligibility criteriaIn total, there are six vacancies advertised for an Indian translator.

As per the eligibility criteria for this post, candidates need to be graduates with Honors in Hindi, English or Law with Honors in Hindi, or those with Master’s degree in Hindi and Graduation degree in Hindi with Hons. They must also have at least three years of experience in translation work.Eligibility in terms of age is that applicants must be not less than 18 years of age and not more than 37 years of age on 01 January 2026.
