The discussions focused on boosting manufacturing in India to expand exports, investing in local talent, enhancing Indian culture through future cooperation, and promoting balanced and mutually beneficial trade partnerships.The talks demonstrated a broader effort to bring Indian skills and cultural heritage into the global supply chain of luxury goods. Founded in 1987 after the merger of Moet Hennessy and Louis Vuitton, LVMH is a world leader in luxury goods.

Goyal also held discussions with L’Oreal Group on increasing sourcing, manufacturing and exports from India, while looking for new opportunities for the beauty and personal care sector in the country.In another post on theHe said the discussions focused on “promoting sourcing, manufacturing and exports from India”, as the government continues to push India as a global manufacturing and export hub across sectors, including beauty and personal care.Goyal also said that the talks covered L’Oréal’s recent expansion in India through its technology operations.“Given that L’Oréal launched the largest global beauty technology center in Hyderabad recently, it has explored ways to open up greater opportunities for the beauty and personal care sector in India,” the minister said in the post.
