The all-new Gravite made its debut in the market a few days ago and is competitively priced between Rs. 5.65 lakh and Rs. 8.93 lakh (ex-showroom). Available in four basic models – Visia, Acenta, N-Connecta and Tekna – it sits on the localized CMF-A+ platform much like the Renault Triber and has a different exterior appearance. Customer deliveries are scheduled to begin next month.
Starting with the base Visia trim, it’s surprisingly well equipped for a prototype. Buyers get projector headlights, a dual-tone interior, LED cabin lighting, flexible seats with folding rows, six airbags, ESP, traction control, hill start assist and a tire pressure monitor. The Acenta variant builds on it by adding more comfort-oriented upgrades.
It includes full wheel covers, piano black exterior features, enclosed center console storage, rear air conditioning vents for the second and third rows, and a touchscreen infotainment system with wireless smartphone connectivity and steering wheel-mounted controls. Moving up, the N-Connecta ups the ante in terms of design and more premium equipment.

It has LED indicators on the mirrors, roof rails, dual-tone upholstery, wood inserts on the dash, refrigerated storage spaces, a reversing camera, rear electric windows and additional speakers – making it a solid mid-range value choice. At the top is the Tekna model with the most notable features being LED headlights with DRLs, fog lights, dual-tone flexible wheels and leather seats.
It also features a height-adjustable driver’s seat, push-button start, wireless charger, cruise control, automatic headlights, rain-sensing wipers along with front parking sensors, a larger digital instrument cluster and more. Mechanically, the Nissan Graphite uses the same 1.0-litre petrol engine with 72 PS and 96 Nm. It is coupled to either a five-speed manual gearbox or an AMT gearbox.
