Could superhero projects generate excitement in the aftermath? SupergirlBox office at low altitudes? This year’s outstanding Comic-Con panels will aim to prove that. Marvel is sure to make noise after taking a year off, but there are plenty of other buzzy Hall H presentations available.
Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender (1 p.m. on July 23)
Interest is high considering the film was hacked in the spring. The team will be casting a sneak peek at the panel for the animated feature that continues the story from the series of the same name. The film premieres at Ballroom 20 the following evening before its July 25 release on Paramount+.
Stuart fails to save the universe (2:15 pm on July 23)
Kevin Sussman, who reprises his titular role that he grew up with big bang theory, He takes the stage with the rest of the cast of the HBO Max comedy, along with series creators Chuck Lorre, Zak Penn, and Bill Prady.
The Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power (10 a.m. July 24)
The Con returns to Middle-earth with early footage from the third season of the Prime Video series. Also part of the painting Blade Runner 2099The new series stars Michelle Yeoh and Hunter Schafer.
Lanterns (1:30 PM on July 24)
Kyle Chandler and Aaron Burr headline the HBO Max series Green Lantern, which premieres next month. It marks the latest DC Studios project from James Gunn and Peter Safran SupergirlLackluster box office performance.
Spaceballs: New (4 p.m. July 24)
Schwartz brings this sequel to Mel Brooks’ 1987 classic, as the cast and filmmakers reunite for the Amazon MGM comedy, hitting theaters next spring.
Pan’s maze (5:15 p.m. on July 24)
After taking to the stage with George Lucas at last year’s Con, Guillermo del Toro returns to Hall H to celebrate a major milestone in his 2006 Oscar-winning fantasy epic about a girl navigating an enchanted world. Cast members Doug Jones and Ivana Baquero joined the festivities ahead of its theatrical re-release in the fall.
Star Trek (12:30 p.m. on July 25)
Although the property is a staple of Hall H, this year’s edition features a range of talent across multiple titles to celebrate Star TrekThe sixtieth anniversary of its founding. Cast Strange new worlds Its final season is announced on Paramount+, with series legends including George Takei, Michael Dorn and Robert Picardo taking the stage.
Marvel Studios (5:30 p.m. July 25)
Two years after Hall H with Robert Downey Jr. revealing his return to the MCU as Doctor Doom, Kevin Feige is back to unveil new footage and plans. Newly released Avengers: Doomsday The trailer has fans excited for the film as it approaches its December 18 release.
