Hassan Abiy says he may be ready to take things beyond online arguments. During a live stream on July 19, 2026, the political streamer revealed that he was considering obtaining a restraining order against fellow creator Steven Kenneth Bonnell II, known as Destiny.
The comments came as he responded to posts about Destiny being banned from the 2026 College Democrats Summit, where Hassan Abiy appeared as a guest speaker. The conversation didn’t stay focused on the event for long. Hassan Abi used the moment to address what he described as a long-standing pattern involving Destiny and members of his online community. According to him, the case has gone beyond online drama, saying he now believes legal action may be the right move.

He then said the situation had reached a point where he was considering a restraining order.“I think it’s getting to a point where maybe a restraining order is in order.”
Hassan Abiy also clarified that the decision will not only be about protecting himself.“I think legal action is appropriate at this point because this isn’t even about me, it’s about all these other people.”
