Everyone gather, it’s time. The 2026 Emmy nominations are here.
On Wednesday mornings at 8:30 a.m. PT/11:30 a.m. ET, Emmy Award winner Lisa Colon-Zayas (Bear(and Jeff Heller)Someone somewhere) This year’s nominees will be announced from the Wolf Theater in the Television Academy’s Saban Media Center. The nominees in two categories — best variety series and reality competition show — were revealed earlier Wednesday morning on NBC today displays.
Although the Emmys originally planned to reveal this year’s nominees in two batches, the Television Academy recently announced that it will reveal all of this year’s nominees on July 8. The move was designed to better accommodate the Emmy nominees’ promotional schedules.

Last year’s Emmys provided many memorable moments, with Owen Cooper becoming the youngest actor ever to win an Emmy for his performance in Adolescence. Mariska Hargitay is set to host the 2026 Emmys, which will air live on NBC and Peacock on Monday, September 14 at 8pm ET/5pm PT. The Creative Arts Emmys, where the majority of Emmys are presented, will be held about a week earlier, on Saturday, September 5, and Sunday, September 6.
