Actor Dhruv Vikram has officially begun work on his next film, adding another exciting project to his growing career. The untitled film, currently referred to as ‘DV4’, was launched with a traditional puja ceremony on Thursday.
The project has already created a lot of buzz as it is the fourth Tamil project of the production house. Fans are now feeling hopeful as they are eager to see Dhruv Vikram in a full-fledged commercial entertainer role after the success of his recent projects; The ad did the job.
Production of Dhruv Vikram’s new film begins
The makers officially revealed the project on social media with the caption: #MythriTamil04 #DV4 The film starts on an auspicious note with a pooja ceremony, starring #DhruvVikram in a downright commercial entertainer.
The film is directed by Karan Arvind Kumar, who also co-wrote the script with Sabari Nath. While the makers have kept the story under wraps, they have confirmed that the project will be an all-out commercial entertainer, hinting at the presence of a new mass avatar for Dhruv Vikram.
New team comes together for ‘DV4’
Besides Dhruv Vikram, the film also features Prithvi Pandiarajan, known for ‘Blue Star’ and ‘Parasakthi’, and actor Sai Dina in important roles. The technical crew includes cinematographer Vicky, editor Jayasurya, costume designer Praveen Raja, production designer GM Sekhar and action choreographer Vikram More.
The launch event was attended by producers Naveen Yernini and Y. Ravi Shankar, along with directors Adhik Ravichandran and Keertheeswaran, make the event star-studded. Their presence reflected the confidence surrounding the ambitious project.

Although the makers have not revealed the plot or genre of the film, fans believe that Dhruv Vikram could once again be seen playing an athlete after Bison Kaalamaadan.
