The case relates to a shooting incident that took place in early June after the Khan Sir training institute was vandalized by a group of miscreants. His security guards were accused of opening fire during the incident.

Khan Sir was named in the FIR, and the court granted him protection from arrest on June 9.

During the last session, the updated case memorandum was submitted, and the matter was adjourned for arguments until Tuesday.

“The investigating officer has submitted updated case diaries. The matter has been listed for arguments on Tuesday and the ‘no coercive action’ order against Khan Sir will remain in force till then. The final hearing is expected to be held on that day,” Khan Sir’s lawyer Arvind Kumar Mewar told reporters.

Muar said the case involving Khan Sir security guards, linked to the same incident, was also listed for hearing on Tuesday.

“Khan Sir is cooperating with the police and investigating officers,” he added.
