Far-right political activist Laura Loomer has defended the Second Lady of the United States, Osha Vance, saying that the hatred directed at her is due to her Indian heritage and Hindu faith.Loomer’s comments came after a clip from a recent CBS interview with Osha Vance and US Vice President J.D. Vance.In the interview, Osha Vance spoke about her religious background and explained why she did not follow her husband’s path in converting to Christianity and Catholicism.USA Osha Vance says of her religion and her husband’s conversion to Catholicism: “I grew up in a Hindu family that was a very stable family. I didn’t feel the same need to look for something different like he (J.D. Vance) did.”Loomer praised Osha Vance for remaining committed to her faith despite criticism from some conservative circles, including podcaster Tucker Carslon.In a lengthy post on theLoomer said that no matter what Osha says or does, she will never be accepted by some MAGA figures: “Gropers and Tucker Carlson will try to abuse her throughout 2028 because she is a brown Hindu woman, despite her many accomplishments.
They’ll pretend she’s not American enough, and any amount of “tolerance” to these parasites by her husband who thinks he can stop them nicely will make them vote for J.D. Vance because deep down Tucker’s audience is all bigoted racists, professional blackmailers, violent Jew haters, and Islamist sympathizers who hate America.
“Loomer added that Usha should never transform: “I hope SLOTUS never transforms because I know how much she affects the losers of the Woke Reich and she doesn’t have to do any of these retards.”One X user asked Loomer: “Have you ever met an Indian?”In response to the question, Loomer referred to her recent visit to India and shared a positive assessment of her experience.“Yes,” Loomer said, “I’ve only been in India for two weeks, and the Indians are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. They’re so kind and generous, I’ll take 100 Hindus to 10 Muslims any day.”
Loomer has previously attacked Indian immigrants and workers in the United States. The conservative activist had earlier criticized H-1B visa holders, alleging that Indians were taking American jobs. Now her position on the Indian-American diaspora and India in general has changed.
