‘Cocktail 2’ at box office Day 5: Shahid, Kriti and Rashmika starrer close to Rs 100 crore mark worldwide
Shahid Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna and Kriti Sanon’s ‘Cocktail’ enjoyed a huge opening weekend at the box office. First Monday collections saw a significant drop in numbers. Despite mixed reviews from the audience, the film performed well at the box office.
‘Cocktail 2 Day 5 box office collection
The Homi Adajania directed film grossed Rs 47.5 crore at the box office in its first weekend. On the first Monday, the collections showed a decline in earnings as the film collected around Rs 6.75 crore approx. Now, on the fifth day, as per a Sacnilk report, the film witnessed a further decline of 1.5% on Tuesday, collecting an estimated Rs 6.65 crore across 9,565 shows.With this, the total net collection in India stands at an estimated Rs 60.90 lakh crore, while the overall net collection in India now stands at Rs 72.75 lakh crore.Overseas, superstar Shahid Kapoor has grossed Rs 1.50 crore on the fifth day, taking his total overseas earnings to Rs 22.25 crore so far. This took the total global collection to Rs 95 crore.
