Clavcular has spoken out amid his legal dispute with Miami’s Baccarat Club, claiming he was “pressured into imperfect agreements” after his lawyer claimed he did not receive dividends from a $400,000 investment. While representatives of the nightclub dispute the allegations, Clavicular insists the matter will be resolved. The dispute raised new questions about ownership, unpaid profits and business partnerships of influential figures.
Clavcular’s relationship with Miami nightlife seems to have reached a breaking point. The influencer and streamer is currently locked in a legal battle with Baccarat Club, saying he never received the financial returns he feels he was promised despite helping raise the profile of the venue. The controversy quickly became one of the biggest talking points among his followers, especially after his recent statement on social media suggested that his working arrangements behind the scenes were very different than many believed. While both sides maintain their positions, the dispute has now moved into the legal spotlight.
Clavcular’s Bacara Club dispute centers on unpaid investment claims
According to a legal letter cited by TMZ, Clavcular’s attorney argues that the creator invested $400,000 in Bacara Club under an agreement that entitled him to 50 percent of the club’s profits.
The letter also claims that he “wasn’t paid a penny.”
The filing also alleges that Clavcular’s public image played a major role in the nightclub’s success. His legal team claims his former business partners later told him he would need to pay $2 million to get his share of the profits. As a result, his lawyers are said to be seeking to recover the original investment, any profits owed to him, and to remove Clavcular’s image from the club’s promotional materials.
The dispute appears to contradict comments Clavcular made during a live stream earlier this month.“I don’t care about Baccara anymore,” he said. “I already made my bag.”He also claimed that he no longer had any ownership in the place after selling “100 percent” of his shares.“Do they really think the club will function without me?” He added that he would still visit the place to support him.
The clavicle says “it will be resolved” as both sides respond
The legal letter is reportedly addressed to Hai Waknen and Christina Waknen.
Their representative, Johnny Donovan, told TMZ they intend to handle the dispute “professionally and responsibly.” They also dispute the central claims made by Clavcular’s attorneys, asserting that Bacara Club was already operating before the streamer became associated with the business.
Despite the legal struggle, Clavcular’s presence remains visible online. As of June 17, his photo still appears on FC Bacara’s official Instagram page, while another post in which he appears remains on Christina Waknin’s account. On June 16, Clavcular addressed the situation directly on X, hinting that outside pressure influenced previous decisions.“This is a difficult world to navigate as a young person,” he wrote. “I was pressured into agreements that were not perfect, and made various statements that were not accurate [or] My position. Everything is fine though. “It will be resolved.”At the moment, neither party appears ready to back down. As legal representatives became involved and conflicting accounts continued to emerge, the dispute became more than just a business dispute. It has now become a closely watched, public battle over money, property and reputation.
