Twitch streamer Kathelina, formerly known online as Kvrtez, has spoken out following a viral controversy involving her ex-boyfriend, Imnotkenneth. The situation gained attention across social media after Kenneth posted a video claiming to have found messages that led him to believe Kathlina had been unfaithful during their relationship.
A few days after the claims spread online, Kathlina uploaded a 12-minute response video. In the video, she apologized to her former partner and admitted that she had made mistakes. However, she also responded to several stories and rumors that surfaced after Kenneth’s video gained traction.“I want to start taking full responsibility for what I did. I want to start by apologizing to the person I hurt the most in this situation, who was my ex,” Kathlina said in her statement.
The controversy first erupted when Kenneth claimed to have discovered the messages through footage from a camera attached to a smart trash bin located inside the bathroom. His video went viral across multiple social media platforms and sparked widespread discussion among viewers.

While accepting responsibility for her actions, Kathlina denied allegations that she was untruthful throughout the entire relationship.
According to her, the incident was recent and did not occur over a long period as some online posts indicated.“There was a rumor that I was cheating on my entire relationship and I had been doing this for months, which is completely untrue as this is just a recent incident,” she said.Kathlina also rejected reports claiming that her family has cut ties with her. Additionally, she said she was not involved in writing a memo that circulated online after the controversy became public.The presenter then spoke about her relationship with Kenneth, describing it as toxic and abusive. She alleged that she was subjected to verbal, emotional and physical abuse during their relationship, which lasted for approximately two and a half years.“My ex was never the saint he portrayed himself to be,” Kathlina said.She further claimed to have videos, photos, letters and messages to support her claims. Kenneth has not responded publicly to these specific allegations as of most recent updates.At the end of the video, Kathlina talked about her mental health struggles. She said she had recently entered a mental institution after she was deemed to be a danger to herself. The carrier added that it plans to seek professional help before eventually returning to creating content.“I want to come back. I want to be able to use my platform to raise awareness about mental health,” she said.
