After its first protest in the national capital, the Janata Party announced another agitation in Pune on June 11, reiterating its demand for the resignation of union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

The movement announced the protest on its handle X on the social media platform X, which was also shared by its founder Abhijit Debaki.

“The cockroaches will demand the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan in Pune, the educational capital of Maharashtra. How many cockroaches in Pune will join?” The CJP said. The protest will be organized at Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) at 4 pm on June 11.

“Let’s meet in Pune! Greetings Maharashtra!” Debke said.
