Pakistan all-rounder Khushdil Shah claimed that India often benefits from proper refereeing and match-related decisions during India-Pakistan encounters.Speaking on the ARY Podcast alongside his colleague Abbas Afridi, Khushdil spoke about the unique pressure and emotions surrounding India-Pakistan clashes.

However, it was his statements about alleged bias in key aspects of the game that quickly attracted attention on social media.According to Khushdel, matches against India carry a different intensity, but he believes several factors tend to work in India’s favor during those competitions.

“The matches against India bring some extra emotions and then the pressure eases a little. When we were playing, we were beating them too,” Khushdil said. The left-hander then went further, claiming that decisions on and off the field often benefit the Men in Blue.He explained: “Things tend to go in their favor during matches. The referees’ decisions go in their favor, as do some decisions in the locker room, and even matches are held according to their desire.”

Despite these claims, Khushdil insisted that victories over India are made more satisfying from Pakistan’s perspective because of the perceived challenges.

“Despite all that, when Pakistan wins, it’s especially fun,” he added.
