The viral clip shared by Instant Bollywood depicts Tamannaah during a spiritual visit to a temple. The actress was seen praying with folded hands and seemed deeply immersed in the moment. Tamannaah was also seen wearing an elegant saree during the visit. Reports suggest that the actress visited Mumbai’s famous Babulnath temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Tamannaah Bhatia spoke about spirituality earlier

Tamannaah has never hidden her interest in spirituality. The actress explained in previous interviews that she is more connected to spirituality than to traditional religious definitions. The actress has credited her experience at Isha Yoga Center with bringing important changes in her life. According to Tamannaah, the practices and teachings there helped her discover a stronger sense of joy and purpose.

Earlier, while speaking on The Permit Room, Tamannaah discussed meditation and its impact on her personal journey.“For me, what really worked were the programs I took at Isha Yoga Centre. They changed my life with all the techniques of meditation, sadhana, etc…. In fact, I am the happiest and happiest I have ever been, and this is my achievement,” said Tamannaah, who noted that spirituality allows her to be happy and cheerful without external support.

“It’s not like I’m only happy if certain things happen… Now, I’m happy even if those things don’t happen.

The actress also explained how understanding herself helped her move forward with more clarity and ambition. She said that spirituality changed the way she approached life.“I’m hungry for life and living. Of course, it doesn’t mean that I don’t have a bad day or a breakdown, but the recovery period is very fast. I recommend these courses to people,” said the Aranmanai 4 actress, openly admitting that her friends don’t always take up her recommendations for meditation because they think it’s not their cup of tea. “I agree that it takes work, but I don’t have the authority to answer any questions on this topic per se because meditation is a very individual thing.
