While speaking with PEOPLE, she mentioned that her parents, John Travolta and her late mother, Kelly Preston, were two of the biggest influences in her life and were her biggest supporters. “He was always very supportive. He and my mom were always supportive of whatever I wanted to do. So, even if I eventually decided to do something else, they would support that too,” she shared.She also added that despite everything, she feels that her parents were happy that she genuinely cared and enjoyed acting as a career and that they all share that love.
“But I think they were happy because they enjoy this job so much, and I have a similar love for it. So I think they were just happy that I enjoyed doing something so much,” she added.

Travolta recently starred in her father John Travolta’s directorial debut, Propeller One-Way Night Coach. Set during the Golden Age of Aviation, the film follows a young airplane enthusiast and his mother as they embark on a cross-country trip on their plane to Hollywood.
“Their simple trip turns into the trip of a lifetime,” the film’s synopsis says. The film is also based on Travolta’s children’s book that he published years ago.Speaking about working on the film with her father, the 25-year-old said: “My dad let me be a part of a lot of the creative aspects of the film, which was very nice, and we leaned on each other with advice and ran everything from each other.
