Allu Aravind confirms Educational support
While interacting with the family, Allu Aravind promised educational assistance to Sreetj’s younger sister. “Study well, and I will bear all your education expenses,” he reportedly told the family.Reports suggest that Allu’s family, along with the production company associated with Pushpa, has been helping with Sritej’s medical expenses since the accident.The family had already received financial assistance earlier, and the support is said to be continuing as Sretej undergoes rehabilitation and long-term medical care.

According to reports by TOI City, Sritej suffered injuries during the stampede that occurred at the premiere of Pushpa 2 on December 4.After staying in intensive care for about five months, he was discharged in April and was later transferred to the rehabilitation center in Ramgopalpet for further neurological treatment.Earlier in 2025, while speaking to TOI City, his father Mugadampalli Bhaskar had said, “There has been no improvement in his health. My son is still struggling to recognize us. He mostly just stares, with very little emotion on his face. He is currently undergoing speech and swallowing therapy. We are holding out hope for his recovery.”Sritij was initially admitted to the emergency department in a semi-conscious state after sustaining injuries during the stampede outside the Sandia Theater on December 4.After the accident, he reportedly remained unconscious for a long period. He also suffered respiratory failure and severe neurological complications, which required ventilator support for several weeks.
