Justin Baldoni smiles in his first public appearance with his wife after settling the lawsuit with Blake Lively - watch

Justin Baldoni has made his first appearance since closing his highly publicized lawsuit with It Ends With Us co-star Blake Lively. The actor was seen alongside his wife, Emily Baldoni, as they walked through the parking lot after picking up some goodies.

Dressed in jeans and sweaters, the couple had big smiles on their faces as they made their way to their car.According to TMZ, the star couple was photographed in Nashville, during a casual outing at Little Rad Market. The couple, who have been presenting a united front throughout months of court battles and sexual harassment allegations, looked rather cheerful on their day out.

On Monday, Blake and Baldoni settled their long-running, multi-million-dollar legal dispute, but details of the settlement have not been publicly disclosed.

After the settlement, Lively made a glamorous solo appearance at the Met Gala, without her husband, Ryan Reynolds. However, amid the chatter, Blake and Ryan posed together for an adorable selfie that they posted on their social media handles.Announcing the settlement, Blake and Justin issued a joint statement to the media that said: “The finished product, It Ends With Us, is a source of pride for all of us who worked to bring it to life.

Raising awareness and making a tangible impact in the lives of domestic violence survivors, and all survivors, is a goal we stand behind.”They added: “We recognize that the process has presented challenges and recognize that the concerns raised by Ms. Lively deserve to be heard. We remain firmly committed to workplaces free of malfeasance and unproductive environments. We sincerely hope that this will bring closure and allow all participants to move forward constructively and peacefully, including a respectful online environment.”Baldoni’s lead attorney, Brian Friedman, called the settlement a “huge victory” for his client. According to Friedman, Baldoni actually felt encouraged after a judge dismissed Lively’s sexual harassment claims in April. According to reports, 10 out of 13 cases filed by the actress against the actor and director were dropped, a month before the case went to trial on May 18.Friedman added that the actor is now able to “breathe again,” although he noted that Baldoni still has a personal and professional recovery ahead of him before a full return to work in Hollywood.Lively filed a lawsuit against Baldoni in December 2024, accusing him and his media officials of spreading false stories about her in the media after she spoke about sexual harassment during the film’s production. Baldoni filed a countersuit accusing her of ruining his reputation, but that case was later dismissed.
