The much-awaited collaboration between Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan, ‘Bhooth Bangla’, has been ticking the cash registers at the box office. The horror-comedy starring Wamiya Ghabi, late Asrani, Paresh Rawal, and many other prominent artists has completed 19 days since its release.
Despite facing competition from Riteish Deshmukh’s recently released ‘Raja Shivaji’ and Anne Hathaway’s ‘Devil Wears Prada 2’, the Bollywood release saw a significant rise on Tuesday, pushing the global collection to over Rs 230 crore.

The supernatural drama with comedy to match raked in Rs 2.25 crore on Tuesday (Day 19) across 4,397 shows, according to Sakneelik. This represents a growth of 28.6% from Monday’s collection, which generated Rs 1.75 lakh crore.

With these numbers, the global collection of the Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Bhooth Bangla’ stands at Rs 231.03 crore.
